Happy Sunday HMS Family! We're excited to announce that we're officially launching a blog series! Since Instagram limits the number of characters we're allowed to use and we always have a lot to say, this series will allow us to elaborate on our weekly seminars and various health topics that you'll be able to benefit from.
That said, this first post won't be too long since it's just the introduction but we wanted to take the time to highlight what you can expect from this series and when.
For now, we'll be posting once a week and you can expect the blogs to go up every Sunday. We will be recapping our Friday seminars at Crestwood High School and Central Academy, so similar to what we've been doing on Instagram, but we will be providing more photos and information in our blogs.
In addition, each week we will have an informational section for YOU guys where we'll provide you with three bullet points related to that week's seminar topic. They might include quotes, tips, links to informational articles, videos and/or books - basically whatever interesting things we're able to find that could benefit YOU!
That said, please let us know in the comments what else you would like to see from our posts! We hope that you've had a wonderful weekend and if not, remember, it's just a bad day or week and it will get better - you've got this. You're going to have an awesome, productive week where you'll accomplish all the to-do's that you can because you're only human, not Superman or Superwoman who can do everything at once. Prioritize and set daily goals that are realistic and before you know it, it'll be the weekend again and you'll be feeling great.
